What are the Elks?

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (aka, Elks Club), is a combination of a social club and charitable organization open to men and women aged 21 and over. Our local lodge is located in New London, CT, and serves New London, East Lyme, Montville, and Waterford. Our lodge is building is over 100 years old, and features a historical lodge meeting room, a banquet hall which can serve 150 people, a downstairs dining room that can serve 50 people, a member's bar for socializing, and plenty of parking. The Garde and The Social are just 0.2 miles away, an easy, short walk to downtown New London and all it has to offer. We have regular lodge dinners for members and their guests and a variety of fun activities. Click on the "Events" button for this month's list of activities.
